At NCMC, we require upfront deposit to secure appointments.
This policy is in place to ensure a smooth booking process, enabling us to focus on providing the best service to our valued clients.

Payment information
To ensure as much time as possible is available for your appointment, payment is processed at the time of your booking.. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
There is no Medicare rebate for counselling services.

Cancellation & refund policy
You can change or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time. A full refund will be provided for appointments cancelled with 24 hours or more notice. For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% refund will be provided.
